Chris Reilly (Partner)
Chris has upwards of 25 years’ experience in dealing with all manner of claims and legal disputes. He will be a tenacious advocate on your behalf and specialises in litigation. As a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the Children’s Order Panel and the Employment Lawyers Group he can bring his expertise and experience to any litigation, employment or criminal matter. Additionally he has extensive experience in matrimonial law including cases involving children, legal aid and domestic violence as well as divorce and family finances.
Leeanne McCurry (Partner)
Leeanne graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a joint honours degree in Law and Accounting in 2004. Leeanne deals with residential and commercial conveyancing, liquor licensing, estate planning including wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, as well as controllerships and administration of estates. Leeanne also has widespread experience in general practice and joined John Boston & Company in 2015. In addition she also tutors at the Institute of Professional Legal Study.
Kathryn Mullan (Solicitor Advocate)
Kathryn graduated from the University of Ulster with a joint honours degree in Law and Economics in 2008 and went on to complete a Master of Law in Human Rights and Criminal Justice at Queens University Belfast. Kathryn deals with matrimonial and family law including domestic violence issues. Kathryn is also experienced in dealing with criminal and litigation matters as well as drafting wills, powers of attorney, controllerships and administration of estates. Kathryn is an accredited member of the Children Order Panel of Northern Ireland and a qualified Solicitor Advocate. Kathryn also works alongside various organisations such as the British Deaf Association and the National Deaf Children’s Society in Northern Ireland providing legal advice and assistance to members of the Deaf Community.
Caroline Boston (Consultant)
Caroline is one of the provinces most experienced matrimonial lawyers who regularly deals with contentious, complex and high value cases. She is a founder member of the Collaborative Lawyers Group which encourages early resolution of cases by collaboration and has helped promote this both within the profession and to the public through radio and television interviews. She has a true understanding of the difficulties that a marriage breakup imposes and this is reflected in her sympathetic treatment of all her clients. She continues to play an active role in the development of the profession through her participation in many professional committees.
