- Criminal. We will attend police station with you under PACE and carefully represent your interests should the matter proceed to criminal Court.
- Wills and Inheritance Tax planning. We also undertake the administration of estates (Probate). We recommend that if you have not done so that you consider making a Will. Remember you must update your will as your life circumstances change to ensure those whom you really wish to benefit. We also advise on contested wills.
- We can advise on how to prevent your assets, including your house, from having to be sold to pay for nursing home fees if you have to go into long term care.
- Company, Partnership, Clubs and Charities. We advise on formation and administration. We also advise on Commercial Property, leases, liquor and entertainment licences.
- Litigation. If negotiation fails, we act quickly to defend or pursue your rights and guide you through the County Court or High Court process. We can help with Commercial contractual or boundary disputes, debt collection, Insolvency and Bankruptcy.
- Legal aid is available in this practice to assist with your legal costs should you not be able to afford access to justice and note that some legal aid is non-means tested e.g. attending police stations.
